BRIEF RESUME

Frederick Rickmann is one of that new breed of modern design thinkers who can bring new solutions to a wide range of disciplines. From large urban developments in China, to the small intricacies of industrial design, Frederick Rickmann has the ability to run through changes in scale and size - through materials, processes and time. The result is a chain of design based companies that span the globe and the spectrum of design.

AFR is the architectural wing with a mission for creating better cities. The spaces and places within cities that give it life and quality are as much a part of the design as the actual buildings. Urban design projects are now on a large scale and are often of international and strategic value.

DNgroup is probably one of the pioneering international offices in innovation and design in Denmark. The sheer volume of top international awards and recognition gained by DN over the past years pay tribute to the consistent global quality of unorthodox new thinking and design. Check out the AWARDS menu. DN Group is certified as a PREMIUM design house in the iF WORLD DESIGN GUIDE.

STEENSSEN is a wonderfully imaginative spin-off company from DNgroup, bringing superb sound value in hifi audio equipment to a global audience. The crusade here is to advance peoples' cultural awareness though authentic sound and music. And its all sustainable. STEENSSEN is a one of the fastest growing brands in Asia

Frederick Rickmann is a frequent speaker at many universities and corporate design events across
Scandinavia, Europe and Asia Pacific. As a strategic thinker he is often consulted as a policy advisor by a number of international governmental and private institutions. In addition, Frederick Rickmann is frequently invited to serve as a jury member on international design awards.

Within the design profession, Frederick Rickmann has held the chairmanship of the Association of Danish Designers, was the founding Board Chairman of the Scandinavian Design College and is now chairman of the elite DESIGNSALON.
